You probably knew that already. It is quite possibly the ONLY absolute in our lives here on Earth.

No matter what you believe religiously, we are given THIS body during this life.

The way I see it, you have 2 choices

1. You know you’re going to die, so live a party lifestyle. Live each day like its your last. This lifestyle generally leads to a shorter life span (but not always….just look at Mick Jagger).

2. You know you’re going to die, so you Optimize your own human health. You live each day with a smile (like it’s your last). But you make informed choices about what you put into your body and how you choose your daily activities. You live in YOUR best body…inside and out. You improve the lives of your family, friends, and others around you because you’re so healthy.

Both choices end the same…in death. But one choice leads to more fulfillment, satisfaction, and overall solace. One choice leaves a better legacy.

How do we get there?

Long term habit change made through biological testing and expert recommendation. Imagine preventing some of the most common issues just through living a better life. Diabetes, Heart Disease, Depression, and Obesity are the tip of the iceberg.

How are we doing it?

First let me define Collaborative Health Care:

Collaborative Care occurs when multiple health providers from different professions provide comprehensive services by working with people, their families, care providers, and communities to deliver the highest quality of care across settings. Practice includes both clinical and non-clinical health-related work, such as diagnosis, treatment, surveillance, health communications, management, and support services.

What are WE Doing? = Collaborative Health and Fitness

Collaborative Fitness occurs when multiple health providers from different professions provide comprehensive services by working with people, their families, care providers, and communities to deliver the highest quality of care across settings. Practice includes both clinical and non-clinical health-related work, such as assessment, program prescription, training, education, maintenance, and accountability.

Now you understand WHY :
