Barbell Club

Our Weightlifting Team Competes locally and nationally. We master the basics of technique for the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Training for Olympic Weightlifting has great carry over into other sports.

Youth Programs

Our youth programs consist of Youth Barbell Club, CrossFit Kids, and Athletic Performance. We work to create a rounded athlete starting from a young age to hone good fitness and health habits early!

Athletic Performance

We build on a solid athletic foundation while focusing on individual goals. We can train the youth or adult athlete with a focus on a specific sport to create a well-rounded athlete.
