 October Nutrition Challenge

The Body Fat Truck will be here next Tuesday, September 30th starting at 3PM. Click here to sign up for your 15 min slot. We are starting to fill up, so get your name signed up! If this day doesn’t work, Rosanne is more than happy to accommodate you by contacting her at 303.619.0491 or Rosanne@BodyFatTest.com . The cost is $49 for the first time you test with Rosanne and $35 any time thereafter. But for the challenge she offers BEFORE & AFTER tests for $65. You will pay Rosanne directly at the time of your body fat test. She accepts cash, checks, and major credit/ debit cards.

This is a great opportunity to hold yourself accountable by getting a specific and measurable number to work with. After spending 50 days dedicated to changing your eating habits, you will be able to measure the progress you have made. I took part in this in May and was surprised how much my eating habits changed my body in just a month!

Following the Body Fat Test, we will be starting the Holiday Nutrition Challenge on Wednesday, October 1st! The meeting will begin at 7:15PM in the loft to discuss rules, answer questions, etc. I will be spending the first 10 minutes with a mini science lesson on your body and food. Expect the meeting to take no more than 30 minutes. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you can email me katie@cutthroatcrossfit.com with any questions and pick up your packet when you come in to work out! There will be some differences from the challenge you had in May! The purpose of this challenge is to get our bodies in check before the holidays. So what exactly will this challenge entail?

-$30/ person for the 50 Day Challenge
-Whole30 for the first month
-3 weeks of Paleo- adding foods back into our diets one by one following strict Whole30
-Weekly Food Log checks by your coaches
-Weekly email with tips & tricks (recipes too!)
-Chance to win a prize package at the end of the challenge!
