MEASURE YOUR STARTING POINT
Start with a hydrostatic body fat scan.
The scan gives you information on:
- Your fat and fat-free body mass
- How much fat you need to lose to reach your goals
- Calories you burn each day without exercising
- Calories you burn from different exercises
- Where you compare on a scale of age & gender
- Your history if you’ve tested with us before
Then talk about what you LIKE doing with an elite Ideal Collaborative trainer.
If you don’t like your workouts, you won’t do them. Your preferences are critical to your success! Our coaches will build a custom program just for you.
Do your primary workouts 1:1 with a coach, and your homework in our gym. Track your progress through our app.
Update your workouts constantly. NEVER GET BORED!
