This Specialty Program is intended for you to Peak at the Veteran’s Day Race on November 13th. However, you can still do the program if you don’t intend to complete the race. It is designed to be done alongside your CrossFit Program and includes the following:
An 8 Week Training Program Customized for your race distance and your current ability – whether it’s your first race ever or your 50th
3 days of running per week
Weekly 1 hour Coached Group Session to improve technique, work capacity, injury reduction (Coached by a trained biomechanist. Coach Alissa spent grad school days studying walking and running mechanics (with group option only)
Video gait analysis (with group option only)
Tips and Tricks for training nutrition and race day fueling
General Training tips: Gear, tracking runs, etc
